We feel that the more we know about you, the more we can help you achieve the space you and your family deserve. If you’re a family with young children, are you better off converting your garage to a home gym, or a playroom? Maybe you want to do half and half? But if we don’t know all about you and your family, we can’t make informed recommendations or suggestions.

In the same token, we want you to know all about us too. What’s important to us, what drives us, and what we strive for.

What drives us?

Jonathan and Simon are the Directors of RSJ, and they are the driving force behind the tradesmen. Both of them are extremely driven to achieve outstanding conversions. They demand excellence not just on every job, but on every aspect of every job.

What do we strive for?

The entire team strive every day for perfection. From the plumber, right through to the project manager. We only use the best quality materials and tools available to us. This helps us to achieve the best for you, and in turn we get to be proud of what we turn out. If you’re not happy, you can guarantee we’re not happy either.

What is important to us?

In short, YOU! We’re here to make sure you get what you want and need out of your home, in the best possible way. We don’t settle for “that’ll do”, we only want to achieve “that’s incredible”. After all, the majority of our work comes through word of mouth recommendations. If we don’t achieve the standards you expect, we don’t get recommended.
