Architect Drawings
If you need an architect to produce your drawings, just let us know, we know a range of amazing architects. In most cases, converting an existing loft space will not need planning permission.
DBS Checked Team
All our staff are fully DBS checked, so you can rest easy knowing that you and your family are in safe hands. You will have a designated project manager/team leader, and a customer relations manager throughout your project.
Pet Care
If you have pets that need a “comfort break” throughout the day, we’re more than happy to let them out within the boundaries of your property, provided there is no chance of an escape! (i.e your property is entirely enclosed)
Rubbish
No, not us! If you would like us to put your wheelie bin out on a specific day and bring it back in when it’s emptied, just ask us!
Parcel Service
Are you expecting any parcels being delivered? Let us know and we’ll take delivery of them for you and leave them in a specified place.
Portaloo
We will bring our own portaloo for the duration of your project! This means we won’t be running up and down your stairs using yours!
A Cleaner
Not forever (sorry). At the end of your project your whole house will be fully cleaned as standard. Yes, you read that right, YOUR WHOLE HOUSE!
Respect
In our book this goes without saying, but we will always respect your home and treat it as our own. We will use floor covers, shoe covers, and clean up using our own vacuums every day.

We will always turn up on time and in our uniform. We will not swear, wolf whistle, smoke or snoop in your house, and we will never have any body parts on show!
